I am rejecting this response because: In no way did anyone say sorry for the misunderstandingI was never asked to leaveThe manager put his arms out to the side and motioned and moved towards myself and several other customers that were complaining I never raised my voice, but when other customers were complaining about the same thing, I did say I thought they were falsely advertising the brunchAnother customer suggested that we contact the Revdex.comTo be exact, there were groups of us all complaining about the same issueIf you take a look at the menu, it only states that brunch is daily 10am-2pmIt is listed under the price of $and senior $I do understand what they are trying to say, but the signage does not represent itI worked in retail for many years, and understand that signs can be misleadingThere is a fine line between a mistake and trying to mislead your customersMost companies would want to fix a sign that so clearly does not represent the correct pricingI believe that they are perfectly happy deceiving customers For me, I will never eat there againI am not asking for anythingI just feel they should fix what is wrong so other customers are not being taken advantage of

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/10/14) */ We take every guest complaint very serious at Golden CorralWhen I received Mr [redacted] 's complaint, I immediately called the restaurant to get my management team's feedbackOur Assistant Mgr, [redacted] was the manager on duty when Mr [redacted] visited our OFallon locationAlthough Mr [redacted] claims that he demanded to speak to a manager different times, unfortunately [redacted] or the shift leaders working that day, did not receive any complaints from any guests on that particular shiftIf he had received the complaint, he would have been able to either correct the situation immediately or refund his money Instead, the first my management team was aware of a problem was the next day when the guest called and first spoke to [redacted] our front of the house shift leader [redacted] had to ask Mr [redacted] several times to stop screaming at herShe passed the call over to [redacted] , Assistant Mgr [redacted] listened to his complaint, apologized and offered him free mealsHe refused the free meal offer and demanded a refund [redacted] explained our refund policy and offered free meals again which he declinedHe stated he was going to refute the credit card charges with his credit card company [redacted] explained to him that she understood, apologized again and thanked him Our refund policy is simpleWe will not refund cash or credit after the guest has left our establishmentThey have consumed our product which cannot be returnedWe will consider a refund if the complaint is offered during their visit and it is not something where we can satisfy the guest [redacted] RFR, Inc [redacted] Farmington, MO XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX Office XXX-XXX-XXXX Fax [redacted] @gmail.com

We are aware of The complaint from [redacted] ***, It was through our face book pageMost of what he said is true, but in the messages from him he never mentions that he asked to move or that our staffed refused, which they wouldn’t when we get very busy especially on Sundays we have seaters who seat every table that seat every guest that come through the doorThe seaters are trained to always ask if the table we have is okay, the tables near the front section are always harder to seat due to the cold draft from the door which is why we always ask if the table is acceptableWe do our best to monitor the door, We did however remove the one kick stand from the inner door, we have double entrance doors, which has helped reduce on the draft I also have my front heaters turned up to every weekend to help also

Would you like a salad? Turkey and dressing? Pot roast? BBQ chicken? Fried shrimp? I could continue This is a very well run Golden Corral The owners are good people who have been very supportive of school activities, so you can feel good about eating here Our kids love it; they think the Chocolate Wonderfall is the greatest thing ever In the interest of writing a balanced review, I'll note that occasionally I find a plate that isn't perfectly clean, and I wish that their omelettes were cooked from both sides That's minor stuff Overall, I recommend this restaurant for the reasons that matter: the food is good, and you'll never walk away hungry!

My parents had amazing customer service from Amanda, while purchasing takeout foodAs the cashier, she was very patient with us The price has always been POSTED, at $per pound However, since they started for this new Prime Rib weekend promotion, the price of takeout is NOT POSTED ANY WHERE IN THEIR STOREThe cashier had to ring me up first, to tell me the price that Golden Corral was going to charge Nor is their price displayed for any of the drink sizesSo, they are charging almost DOUBLE per pound Talk about price abuse!!!!! From that point we didn't receive any other requests from him or updates of his situation

The manager did curse at me several times saying I was pulling random *** *** off the internet As far as the guests we spoke to we knew them They were there for us as my fiancé had set up a bunch of family n friends to
meet us there that dayThe manager is lying she just does not want to get in trouble She refused my second coupon from corporate office as they had sent one out to replace the one she wrote void al over We were not rude she was lying again to cover her butt We spoke to one family and they were African American and were white just because were different colors means we did not know the people? No wrong! When I went in with the second coupon her exact words were your pulling up more st off the internet ! I said no ma’am I have proof right here in an email from corporate office She then told me she voided my last coupon would not except it at all We then left went to the St Charles location We didn’t even say anything going out she’s lying She just does not want to admit she lied and cussed at me two different times I went into that location Also the manager of the St Charles location said they’ve had a lot of complaints about the manager at south county locationI want my gas reimbursed period I’m not leaving this alone sorry Thank you

I am attaching my final statement regarding Ms***'s complaint along with additional letters from employees that directly spoke with Ms***.I will not be reimbursing her gas money and as she was told on her October 21, visit, when I had to call the police because of her foul behavior, she is not welcome to come back to the Golden Corral on South Lindbergh. Ying is my favorite server and no doubt one of the nicest people I have ever known. Dee is also always nice. The food choices vary between good and great. The sirloin steak is a real bargain. Add this to a clean environment and consistently good quality food and you have my reasons for being a regular.

To be exact, there were 3 groups of us all complaining about the same issue. If you take a look at the menu, it only states that brunch is daily 10am-2pm. It is listed under the price of $8.99 and senior $8.49. I do understand what they are trying to say, but the signage does not represent it. I worked in retail for many years, and understand that signs can be misleading. There is a fine line between a mistake and trying to mislead your customers. Most companies would want to fix a sign that so clearly does not represent the correct pricing. I believe that they are perfectly happy deceiving customers.  For me, I will never eat there again. I am not asking for anything. I just feel they should fix what is wrong so other customers are not being taken advantage of.
