I have writtern to Golden Coral and tried to mail via post office and call I spoke to GM and was offered a gift card to replace my meal for party of 4 I sent reciept at $100 and Manager name Anthony from Golden Coral called me from XXXXXXXXXX but no gift card ever arrived please help me resolve

I'm reaching out on behalf of the Golden Corral. I would like to resolve the issue that you're having on recieving your gift card for a bad experience that you had. My name is Necol J., I'm the GM here at this location. I do apologize that you had to take these steps. I'm not sure why it got this far,I hope to resolve. I have 8 meal passes for and you family your enjoy any any location. I would need and address to mail out to you or you can pick them up at anytime from the Largo location, totally up to you.
