Golden Dragon Chinese RestaurantCheviot Road.Cincinnati, OH 45247August 12, Dear [redacted] :Response statement to complaint ID: [redacted] has ordered from us many times and the way we make our General Tso's Chicken is a bit thin for his tasting When he orders, we always make his entree extra thick to his liking.On July 17th he called in his order at and it was delivered to him 20-minutes laterWe received a call from him an hour and half or more thereafter complaining that his food was "too watery like soup", and wanted a full credit Our employee; not knowing that he received his order an hour and half or more prior, thinking he got his order about minutes ago thought it was a reasonable credit since the food wasn't satisfactory to the customers desire.When [redacted] called back I felt as though he deserves a $credit because Mr [redacted] allowed his food to set for an our and half or more; which allowed the steam trapped in the container to condense into liquid form, therefore making the mixture of sauce not as thick as he would have like to enjoy We apologize to Mr [redacted] for the inconvenience this caused and hope to continue our relationship We value our customers and hope to see [redacted] again soon.Regards, [redacted] ***Restaurant Manager [redacted] Phone: ###-###-####

The statement that I let the food sit was falseI told them I ate the food right awayThe reason for the phone call, "an hour later," was due to me having a customer and not being able to stop what I was doing at work for a personal matterI did tell the so called owner this and she told me I was not telling the truthThis is the main reason I chose to write you allMe being the customer telling this company what happened is not up for them to tell me I was lyingI do not wish to eat at this place of business ever again and I will do my best to make sure anyone here at my place of business doesn't as well Thank you, [redacted]

missing before we did the job. The customer called the police. I spoke with the police and gave them my statement.

I am certain that my jewelry items were in my possession the day of the floor installation. They were not in my jewelry cabinet 1 week later. No one at all had been in my house in that 1 week. Also discovered my fathers gold watch was taken. Two weeks later there was water coming thru the new flooring and around the toilet. We had to hire a plumber to reinstall the toilet, for $240.00 cost. Very disappointed with Cover Rite. Will never use them again. Will advise anyone to never ever use Cover Rite!! They hire thieves.
