Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Hi Revdex.com:Whoever responded to this message has no clue of what happened on that night. On that night I paid $50 for 3 lap dances, 5 minutes into the lap dance the dancer told me she has to go get her son and that she will be right back. I was waiting for about 10 minutes in the sofa waiting on her return. One of the other dancers asked are you waiting on someone? I was like yes the stripper said she was going to get her son and be right back. At that point I went to the front of the VIP area and asked the guy in charge that I am still waiting on the stripper to return since I paid her $50 for three lap dances. He asked me to wait at the VIP area while he goes and ask her why did she leave. I waited in the VIP area for roughly 15 minutes then the customer service rep came back and referred me to the manager named [redacted]. I spoke to [redacted] and he referred me to the business manager for my refunds. If the business response was true and touched the dancer inappropriately I would have been thrown out of the club immediately. I am not a pervert I didn't touch the dancer inappropriately nor I made her uncomfortable. We barely started the dance and she says she has to get her son and has to get disinfectant. Literally few minutes into the start of the dance. The dancer decided to take my money and refused to give me the services I paid her for. On that night I spoke with the manager and the head of security; [redacted] the manager was very polite about the situation and told me that he can't make her dance that only way is to speak to the general manager to request the refunds. Whoever responded to this Revdex.com claim is trying to give a counter claim that has no bases or turth. I would like my have my $50 refunds from this shady business since I was not tendered the services I paid for. As a matter fact,I also have a witness my friend who brought me to the club and witnessed the whole interaction with the staff and would love to testify about what happened. He was there for every step of the night he even spoke to the head of security and told him I brought my friend who is here for a business trip and this is what your dancers does to him. I am a professional at heart, I only came to hang out with some workers after a business meeting. Touching women inappropriately isn't one of my characteristics not I stand for them. I am very ashamed of such a response from the business. I feel violated and disrespected at the same time. I would never go to such a venue ever again bit I would like to get my money back from this business. I travel around the world and been to multiple countries and many adult entertainment venues but this kind of behavior from a business operating in downtown portland isn't acceptable.
