Delivery issues, refund issues, customer service issuesJuly 10th 2016 an order was placed and told 45- 1 hour delivery. After one hour I called and manager told me that driver was on the road, over half an hour later the driver arrived with cold food which on the previous phone call with manager was stated I would be refunded if that was the case. Driver was turned away with cold food and when I called the establishment they refused the refund, stated an hour and a half wait time which was not what I was told, were not honest about their location, refused to place me in contact with the owner, threaten to call the police, and hung up on me. The total price was 32.55 which was payed for by card.Desired SettlementA complete refund that was stated I would receive from the manager after the first phone call was made an hour after the order was placed if the food was cold.

On The evening of January 12, 2014, an order was placed for delivery with Golden Dragon Restaurant, located at 1850 Wilmington Highway Jacksonville, NC XXXXX. I made an order of Mongolian Chicken ($7.65), one Pint of Sweet and Sour pork ($5), and one quart of Sweet and Sour Chicken ($8.25). This establishment does not give the total order price unless requested. I was quoted at $24.50 for this. The price without tax totaled to $20.90. I used my credit card. When I checked my bank account three minutes later, I found a pending charge of $25 by Rainbow BBQ (Golden Dragon). I called back to inquire about the charge. I was told that $2 went to a delivery charge, $.50 for using a credit card. The final charges for this order posted on January 13, 2014, for $30 from this company(rainbow BBQ). I had extra money taken possibly for requesting info about charges, and suggesting that the representative please quote prices and additional charges to consumers.Product_Or_Service: FoodOrder_Number: n/aAccount_Number: company refused to sDesired SettlementI would like for this business to be held responsible for not holding itself to a higher standard, especially since it serves a fairly large military community. I have seen complaints on [redacted] searches where customer service rudeness, curtness and shortness with consumers is common. I have also witnessed complaints of overcharging after an order has been placed, even with a cash tip. Please inspect the policies practiced here. No more consumers should have to go through this.
