Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Evidence shows that it is your writing Look at the writing you submitted along with a copy of the insert card you mailed to the magazine company (letters.jpg)Comparing the letters you can clearly see the letters and numbers matching up such as the W how it raises, or the S how it has a sharp movement on top, and especially the E written in a pacific way, and etc I don't like being harassed with magazine subscriptions and this has been an extremely annoying situationAs for the $I'm pursuing this because you agreed to return it and it has been several months leading me to believe that I'm going to receive it but haven't received anything except bills for magazine subscriptions that you keep sending Sincerely, [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] submitted an application for one of our units in January(A copy is included with our NonRefundable rental criteria high lighted) He was one of several applicantsI called him to let him knowthat we had multiple applicants and had not screened him so I would return his fee.Our applications clearly states that all applications fees are nonrefundableAs a good will gesture andsince I did not incur a screening cost, it has been my practice to return this fee to the applicant.Normally, I will return the fee to the address on the application: if returned, I would attempt to trackdown the applicants' new addressI reached [redacted] near the end of February for a current addressI putthe return fee in the mail on March 1stI have not received it back yet so can only assume it was lost inthe mail if he has not received it.I have no idea what magazine subscriptions have to do with rental housingI could only assume that ifhe submitted a forwarding address form, the subscriptions would follow himI would recommendcontacting the sender to cancel his magazines not a property management company.Please let me know if I can be of further assistanceContact information is below.Sincerely,Ann W***Designated Broker ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHED***
