Review: They were supposed to buy our 5 timeshares, and they have continually requested additional funds, fees, and penalties to close the sale. They are now saying that our funds are being held in an account in our name in a bank in Mexico.To get our refund we must appear in court in Mexico when they tell us to.We have all the documentation, forms and paperwork they have continually sent us for each time they have requested more money from us.At this point we will not send anymore money to this company, because we believe this is a scam and a fraudulent company.We have already sent them several separate deposits, for a total of $32,999.00.We do not expect that we will get anything back, but it would be nice.This company should not be operating in the us, or anywhere for that matter. They should not have been issued a business license.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a check.
