Salesman Erik failed to show up for scheduled estimate appointment. Never bothered to even call and apologize. Very unreliable company.

So incredibly unprofessional. They gabe me the run around for 3 weeks after being promised to have fence installed in 1 week. When they finally scheduled a date, it got delayed due to wrong address given to J.U.L.I.E. New date they showed up an hour and a half late. Then couldn't finish before village inspection (which was 2 hours late). Instead of rescheduling, they stopped work and just left! When I called head number they cancelled on me. They showed up to my home, tore up my yard and just left, telling me "I don't care what you do, sue us." Incredible.

Finally!!! A company that cares about you as a client. Eric helped us design an unusual cedar fence on over an acre of property.

The crew was professional and courteous!! We would recommend them over and over again! Our fence is unique and so well built!! I'm sure it will last for decades.
