We received an email on August requesting termination of servicesPer the terms of service, all cancellations are handled by the account holder via the control panelWhen we received the request to cancel services, we responded to the email with an explanation that the service was not set
to cancel and how to cancel the account to avoid additional charges.We are only able to review usage going back days, but we will agree to split the difference and issue a refund of half of the charges since the notice was sentThis would be a refund of $39.96.Please let us know if this offer is accepted
