This place is AMAZING! I had such a wonderful experience bringing my car in for repairs Over years, I have done some serious cosmetic damage to my car My front bumper was basically falling off, the back bumper was torn into, the fenders were misaligned, and the right body had a huge dent from a parking column On top of that, the paint was dull and there were some other things falling apart
I always though it would not be worth it to try to fix it up because I would eventually be selling it anyways and didn't want to put the money into it I took my car to a couple of dealerships to try to trade it in and they were all giving me a very low price (like 1/of the KBB) because of the cosmetic damage to my car, even though it only had 53k on it
I went around to several shops all over Miami to find the most professional and affordable auto body repair center (given that I would be paying out of pocket rather than an insurance claim.) The cost quoted to me at Golden Glades was just a fraction of what it would have cost to repair at the dealership as well as several of the shops around town that I had found on Yelp
On top of that, everyone at Golden Glades was so friendly, professional, and helpful *** took the time to explain everything to me and give me a quote on the spot when I drove in without an appointment The officer is very comfortable and the administrators there are extremely well-organized and friendly The fleet of workers there are also extremely friendly and helpful
*** kept me apprised via text as to when I could pick up the car, and the administrators in the office called me as well In a short days, my car was basically brand new! They detailed my entire car, cleaned all the grime under the hood, and did some significant additional paint work and polishing without any added cost I paid exactly what I was quoted and the car was done as promised, with all expectations exceeded
This is a very large auto shop that has been constantly full with at least cars inside, outside, and in the back every time I came by So don't let a few negative reviews on dissuade you from coming here If you check Facebook, the reviews are primarily stars Many people are trusting their cars to Golden Glades and I will be recommending it to all of my friends and co-workers Do yourself a favor and come here first!
