There were technicians involved in the initial ordering of the patient's glasses, who are no longer employed in our office;
their lack of attention to detail became a problem too often, and we have released them from their dutiesUnfortunately, this patient had both techs work with his order, which wasn't resolved by either techSince then, we have worked to make the corrections and provide the patient with the correct prescription and glassesThe patient was called two days before filing his complaint with the Revdex.com to be informed that his newest glasses were ready for him to pick up, and his prescription was faxed to Walmart earlier this week from our officeBy law, glasses prescriptions are only valid for months from the date of the initial examination, and the patient was requesting an expired prescription, which cannot be released by anyone except the prescribing doctor, and only in very rare circumstancesThe patient paid only for his exam co-pay, and was not billed for any glasses chargesThe exam co-pay is not refundable because it is for the exam, a service, not a productWe are sorry he experienced such poor service, and have made many attempts to make the situation better, as much as we can

All I needed and wanted was a pair of glasses I could useThe business is making efforts to resolve the issueThey have ordered the correct lens and I expect them to arrive within the next few daysThis last person I have dealt with has been professional and given what I would term as good servicethanks!
