The worst work ever, never in my life knew a contractor like this one, over charge on everything including removal of trash and materialsNever brought or bought a dumpster, never finish the work, his workers never or could not recognize mold even though it was staring them on the faceNever even told the contractor about the mold, had family living in that situation and plus was emailed the photos of the mold on the project and still said that it was a "mold like substance " really! What a joke of a contractorWas paid over $35,for demo of project and never came back to complete or even inspect the ProjectDon't want to talk to the customer about fixing the Project and he can't find a Lead Removal contractor for the projectMy guess he probably use the money on another project or paid his workers for jobs that they done for free prior to this projectPut in substandard material, sold customer what was in his warehouse, took trash and garbage back to his yard for dumping and did not take it to proper dump site to be weigh and accounted to receive receipt for proper accounting to the customer but still charged $13,for trash removal and the house is not that big and he didn't do enough work and he didn't have a dumpster so how could he have charge that much anywayHe put in a sub pump that don't work and charge the customer over $for it and it was used probably from another one of his projects Bottom line is that this company needs to be investigated for taking money from customers and not completing the work and furthermore he is not a home improvement contractor even though he gets workers to come and botched the jobs that he is being paid to do but upon further investigation the customer finds out that he only do stucco work that means exterior work only not inside work, Wow!! Misrepresented himself all the way to the bank Now his website says that he is a Mold Specialist but he could not recognize the mold in the pictures that was sent to him and he did not come out and take a look at the "Mold like substance " so he says He is a crook! Plain and simple don't recommend him to nobodyTerrible ,Terrible, Terrible!!!!
