I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meThe business did visit on April 30th and refund the service fee and the issue with the stove has been fixedHowever, the age of the stove does not excuse the lack of communication and the company did skip TWO appointments (not one as they indicated in their response)In any case, they've made right by closing out the work and refunding the expense I incurred

we did miss one appointment only on april 8th there was a mix up in the office that led to the missed appointment and I am very sorry for that.this stove is over years old and finding parts this information was given to the home warranty company , we did locate a replacment part from some old
books and ordered the part this did take longer than it should have and we did not keep the customer in the loop to what was going on.we here at big ten will try in the future to do a better job of keeping the customer better informed we did go out to mr ***s house on saturday april to complete the stove repair we also refunded his service fee he paid for his inconvenience we do regret for this going this far
