My Sansung oven broke down during the warranty period Lowes contacted Golden In-home Service to fix it It took a week for the first crew to show up They replaced several parts but the oven stopped working the first time I used it It took a week for the second person to come out He determined the cause of the second breakdown but (of course) does not actually carry supplies to fix the oven I am now waiting another week for a third person to attempt a fix Between the unbelievably slow service and the incompetence of the technicians I would not recommend this company!

This has to be one of the most unprofessional disorganized companies I've had the misfortune of having to deal withI called the company to schedule an appointment after being provided with the service ticket number by Samsung and told I could schedule the appointment through them to save time all I needed was the ticket numberUpon first contacting them they informed that they would contact me once my ticket came over and they had no idea why Samsung would tell me all I needed was a ticket numberAfter about hours they called me to schedule an appointment and their representative became upset after me correcting her several times about the problem I was experiencing with my dryer; at which time she attempted to schedule me for a service appointment over weeks outAfter I explained that an appointment weeks out was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with a supervisor she tried to change the appointment for a week out and told me that her supervisor was in a meetingI asked for the representatives supervisor to call me after her meetingWhen the supervisor called me back she incorrectly stated my name several times and I corrected her several times before she informed what my name was, I'm pretty sure I know my own last nameShe became extremely disrespectful and informed me that I was incorrect, that thy were refusing to service my dryer, and hung up on meWhen I called back to speak with her supervisor, I was told that they had just had a meeting about me and that no one was going to speak with meThis isn't how anyone should be treated, while attempting to receive service for an item that's covered under warrantyIf the company is incapable of providing service within a timely manner then Samsung should look into going with another more capable company or at least one that can provide or understand the concept of customer service

*** warranty service set up appointment for problem with refrigerator with Golden In Home Services for a Thursday between 1-Received a call from Golden Service late Tuesday evening before appointment asking for model and serial number to confirm with parts departmentGave the rep the numbers, he put me on hold, then came back and stated parts department not responding so he would call me back in minutesNo mention of the appointment, time, or schedulingNever received call back that evening or next dayAt 1pm on the Thursday (day of the appointment set by *** I receive a call stating they need to confirm if any parts are needed for serviceI state that I have already received a call for model and serial number confirmation and supposed to have a service rep out at the time of this callI was then told sorry we don't have you scheduled and can only give you appointment a week from now and the appointment time you were given by Lowes was just a customer preferred time and has nothing to do with Golden's schedule and the soonest they could be out was next weekContacted Lowes about the issue and Golden stated to Lowes that they attempted to contact me for model and serial number confirmation and was unable to confirm so they cancelled appointmentNot sure what kind of scam or end game they are playing by lying to customer and *** but AVOID this company at all costs

where do I begini contacted samsung about my dryer that was not working (it was ripping my clothes)I could barley understand the samsung rep(they didn't speak good english), but they gave me a transaction number and then gave me golden in homes number to set up service, I was upset that I had to call another number to set up service which I thought samsung would handle for me but when I called golden in home I spoke to a lady named jennifer, at first I was still very much upset that I had to go through this process, however jennifer was very understanding, I gave her my number and she said the number should start with which is something they need so they can pull up my information, I got upset again because samsung did not give me a numberso jennifer then tried my phone number and she said she found my correct ticket number and gave it to me to write down also samsung said they would have someone out in a couple days which I did not like I wanted same day service, but when I spoke to jennifer she did inform me that they did not do same day service because they had to order parts in advance which was understandable but I was still upset about the whole situation, jennifer calmed me down and told me she would do the best she can, she got an appointment for the next day for me and was very patient about my attitude I do apologize about my behavior( I have kids and I needed my dryer)Im very amused with my service that was done by jennifer and the technician named chris, both did a great job, he replaced my whole inside tub, my dryer is working fine nowJennifer told me if I had any problems to call her and she would try her best to resolve itnever again will I call samsung for my dryer I will just call golden in home and ask for jennifer, they did a great job

They did a good job, lady I spoke with (jennifer) was nice and handle my issue fast, the technical support guy (kenni) fixed my microwave fast... great service

I was referred to In Home by Samsung to service the ice maker on my refrigerator. They had to schedule the technician at least a week ahead and with no regard for my time of day request. The tech did show up with in the three hour time range but the ice maker didn't work. So in turn, I contacted them with the news and they immediately scheduled me again another week away within their three hour time frame! It has been a weary experience working with them. However the tech went to work and was very professional. Wish Samsung would provide an alternativel.

They were a little hard to get in touch with over the phone (they're very busy being excellent!) but it was worth it in the end. Everyone on the phone was friendly, professional, and very helpful and scheduled me a fast appointment. When the technician arrived, he called and gave me a perfect prediction of his arrival time, he was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything before he did it so I would understand what was happening. He fixed a problem for me that had been an issue for months in about two minutes flat. I would *highly* recommend them and I am very glad that I get to work with them for my Samsung kitchen.
