I was referred to In Home by Samsung to service the ice maker on my refrigerator They had to schedule the technician at least a week ahead and with no regard for my time of day request The tech did show up with in the three hour time range but the ice maker didn't work So in turn, I contacted them with the news and they immediately scheduled me again another week away within their three hour time frame! It has been a weary experience working with them However the tech went to work and was very professional Wish Samsung would provide an alternativel
