I do not except their response to the matter because my washer was working but three of the push button select were not working & after the first technician worked on my washer it did not operate at all

Due to the fact the customer is still having issues we will be refunding the per customer request

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Golden in home service  regarding complaint ID 11714768, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The repairman came to our home with the part that he knew we needed in hand. He was extremely hostile and defensive. Cutting us off when...

we spoke and being insanely rude. He wouldn't take responsibility for what he had done. He kept questioning us and telllig us rudely that we weren't listening or that we didn't comprehend what he was saying. It ended with him giving us the piece and saying, "you got your part. Bye" and walking out my front door. We got a piece that he ruined and we never want to speak with that company again as he was too aggressive and made me uncomfortable in my own home.

Mr. [redacted] was first scheduled with us for service on 5/12/2016, in which we went out and serviced his unit.  His description of what was wrong for his unit was the control panel he was unable to make selections and water shooting out from the top.  His water was turned off and when it was...

turned on water started shooting out from the valve. Mr. [redacted] was shown where water had sprayed on the circuits in his unit and also advised him there could be further damage from the water having sprayed on the boards.   So at that time he needed the water valve; which was broken and the touch pad which was not working.  Water had shot up on the printed circuit boards in that area.  He was told the total price of the repair and he declined repair, stating he would go out and buy a new unit before he would pay for the total cost of the repair.  Mr. [redacted] was told the main pcb and sub pcb were still under the 2 year manufacture warranty but the water valve and touch pad would not be.  He was charge for the $100.00 diagnostic fee in which he paid.  So at the time his water valve was still broken and he still needed a touch pad.  The screws he may have found under his unit did not come from the washer we were working on.  To repair the water valve which he had another company do, they would have to take out the screws in the back and work around the printed boards in that area.  He called back a couple days saying he had the water valve installed by another company and the washer was now not working.  So we went back on 5/21/2016, he had the water valve fixed but he still needed the touch pad as well as main and pressure sensor.  Like we told him the main pcb would still be covered but the touch pad would not as well as the pressure sensor.  We were not the last company to work on the unit at that time and everything needed here was near the water valve which had been repaired by someone other than us.  We had him scheduled again for service for 531/2016 but the Mr. [redacted] cancelled service with us stating he would go and buy another washer instead of paying for the touch pad; which he was told on the first trip was not covered under the 2 year printed circuit board manufacture warranty.
