on September **the customer did indeed came into to my establishment and ordered two sets of foodUpon receiving her meat she sat down and stated to eat, then she got up and came back to the counter and informed me that the portion that she received was not enough for her moneyI informed the customer that the portion she received was the allotted portion and that every restaurant that she goes to have portion controlShe claimed that she does not want the meal and that she wants her money backI told her that our refund policy which is posted in the establishment states that unless we are at fault there is no return on cook food but we will do an exchange for similar products of same value or store creditThis customer keep insisting that the don't care about our store policy and she wanted her money back in cash although she paid by card and she cannot wait days for the credit card company to return her funds because she need money nowI told the customer that even if I remotely think of refunding her money it would have to go back on her card and only for the dish she was complaining about which total $She keep insisting that she don't care she want cashThe person that was with her who had the second meal told that if you paid by credit card then the establishment will refund your money back to your credit card if they decided to gave a fundAt this point the customer got really mad and stated she wanted all of her money back in cash for both meal which total $At no time during this customer screaming and cursing did she ever complain about the food being burnt or finding hair in her foodThis establishment adhere to the rules of the Department of Health and Hygiene, hair nets are always wear when we prepared and also when we served our foodAfter preparing food it is placed in pans and then stored in a food holding warmer at its desire temperature (140) and abov e, so at no time can we scraped burned food from the bottom of a pot to served to a customerThe only complain that this customer had was the portion was not large enough for her even though this is the restaurant potionShe claimed she called the police but did not wait for the police to come she left the establishment claiming she will get us

I told the customer that even if I remotely think of refunding her money it would have to go back on her card and only for the dish she was complaining about which total $9.25. She keep insisting that she don't care she want cash. The person that was with her who had the second meal told that if you paid by credit card then the establishment will refund your money back to your credit card if they decided to gave a fund. At this point the customer got really mad and stated she wanted all of her money back in cash for both meal which total $22.86. At no time during this customer screaming and cursing did she ever complain about the food being burnt or finding hair in her food.
