dear under cover boss,
I usually purchase the Rock Cake from the carb/market for $1.79, so I decided you know what if I go directly to the carrier which is Golden Krust it should be cheaper. I headed over there 1/21/17 and I asked for a menu, I looked at it the list price is $2.50, I asked the lady the price $2.50. why is it so much higher at your Bakery that is on East West, Hyattsville,MD should it have been cheaper

Review: I recently purchased a box of frozen Jamaican Style Spicy Beef Patties and while eating one the bone of what appears to be a small rodent became lodged in the back of my throat. After some effort I was able to dislodge it, however needless to say it was a rather disturbing experience on several levels. I did contact the company and left two messages in their customer service department voicemail, neither of which were returned.

I still have the bone, the box and the original receipt and my next step since they appear to be content to ignore me or take responsibility is to contact the NY State Health Department and also possibly an attorney, which I may do anyway at this point.Desired Settlement: I want to see the company take full accountability and I would like to also send the bone for proper testing to prove that it came from exactly where I said it did, as surely it is permeated with material from the cooking process. I am not seeking a refund, but rather a full explanation as to how this could have happened, what will be done to prevent it in the future and fair compensation. As of now I am extremely displeased with not the the fact that I likely ate a rat or mouse and nearly choked to death as a result, what they are passing off there as "beef" and the lack of interest in even taking the time to speak with me about the situation.
