People never stop failing to amaze meYa her car was parked in her apartment complex but I like how she doesn't tell you where it was parkedI guess she thinks she special and doesn't have to follow the rules and she can park her car anywhere she wantsShe was parked in an other tenants ASIGNED covered parking space, Our contract says that a resident can call & have a vehicle removed from there assigned parking space if they have there lease that shows there parking space number & an ID that match's, Its not our responsibility to notify them and beside that how do we know who's car it is and there phone numberI mean come on reallyJust park in your own assign parking space & this wouldn't have happenedI love how people don't want to take responsibility for there own actions anymoreIts always someone else's faultShe must not have read the hole part about the miles awayIts not ten driving miles its a ten mile radiusThat mean the way the birds fly or a straight lineThe best part is this happened months ago and she is now just filing a complaint

I am rejecting this response because: The response is blatantly falseI did NOT call the tow companyI had several friends helping me try to locate my car that night, but none of them told me they located it, so a police report was filed when the car was not reported inAdditionally I DO have insurance, not sure where this company gets its informationAdditionally, I was illegally charged a lien fee when the car was there for less than hoursI was also forced to pay part of the fee in cash, and was not given any report, pictures or any information as to WHY my car was towed, further supporting the fact that this was an ILLEGAL towThe man was very aggressive and hostile with me and I was forced to call the Sheriff while I was there in order to get him to release my vehicle to meI have never in my life interacted with a more unprofessional person or businessIt was absolutely appallingTheir business address does not even match where the tow lot was

I am rejecting this response because: in order to tow a vehicle off private property you need to abide by the laws set forth by civil codeYou had multiple errors and you know this because after I pointed them out you made every attempt to correct them and congratulations to that end of thingsThe bigger problem is you made no attempt to verify this tow was legally do e so you can file what you want but the fact remains you are not allowed to remove any vehicle off private property without making sure you did it in a correct and legal mannerAnd as for you claim as to a stolen vehicle you can't steal your own property moreover after explaining to your son the multiple violations and the foreseeable lawsuit he decided to release my vehicle additionally I wouldn't sign any paperwork if any one from your organization presented me with itLast but no least I've been home and I've been parked in my same parking spotI suggest you learn the laws governing your field of businessFinally I encourage you to file what ever you like I have voicemails and videos along with facts of how you improperly towed multiple vehiclesThe property manager has amended your contract based solely on the mistakes you madeYour presence on the property has been very limited because you don't follow the law!

I am rejecting this response because:I have been very ILL. my car was in an accessible spot I am also having serious problems with managements harassment and discrimination. And have filed complaints with departments. This is Private Property and Management agreed to give me reasonable accommodation by law and Management did not give me hours notice by CA Law required. therefore in combined efforts between Management and *** *** they circumvented laws and broke them in order to steel and embezzle my vehicle. I have no idea who this person is or what vehicle they are talking aboutBut obviously they don't look at the signs that are posted at every entrance of there apartmentsBecause we have legal sign postedYes we towed several cars from Howe Ave because the apartments were having the
parking lot resurfaced $ restripedAll tenants were notified prior to this being doneThe apartments had us come in & remove any vehicles that were no moved Regarding the so called public parking lotWe rented a corner of the parking lot to store the vehicles in prior to shuttling them to our yard. It also made it easier for the vehicle owner to retrieve there vehicles

When someone's vehicle has been towed all the owner of the vehicle has to do is have proof of ownership, have a valid California drivers license or ID card, pay the fees and off they goBut no all they want to do is argue, yell, cuss and threaten usI tell them all if they feel that they was towed illegally then they can take us to small clams court. We have told the owner of the car from day one that all he has to do is pay the fee & show hes the owner of the car & he can have itIts that simple.I am done with this complaintI have wasted enough of my time with him calling us times a day & his threatsI am over it & please don't bother me with this anymore

I am sorry to inform you that there are signs posted at the two gates of the apartments and there does not need to be sign near where you parked in someone reserved parking spaceAlso we are with in miles of the apartments. If you read the law right it say mile
radius not 10 driving milesInternet lawyers This person call us about to mins after her car was towed and was yelling & cussing at usThat night we had a new dispatcher working so he thought since he had spoke with the owner of the car there was no reason to call it in because she know we had her car,.. So after talking to her a couple of times and she didn't get her way she called and filed a illegal police report that her car was stolen when she knew all along that it was towIts funny to me how she does not mention why her car was towed & that her car is not registered, she has no insurance and the reason her car isn't registered is because she like to run the bridge tolls so she cant register her car We still have her car and she is NOT getting it back for freeShe can take us to court no problemI look forward to itWe have never lost in court yetYou know why because we are not doing any thing illegal

doesnt know them or the consumer made a false identity... but NOPE, it's him alright.I read other complaints and he says its a "different" Extreme Towing.  Claims he has no affiliation, however has the exact email address as the company he claims not to be.He victimizes people with unlawful tows in conjunction with crooked and harassing Property Managers that just have vehicles plucked out of spots for personal reasons.  Those too just enjoy circumventing ALL the laws.  And regularly brakes all Vehicle Codes & Laws to help assist him in Vehicle Embezzlement.  He has 2 Extreme Performance Towing, looks like an attempt to start over. He is very aggressive and verbally abusive.  I witnessed him threatening a woman that has had 2 of her cars towed by this "Bandit" predictor.  He screamed to SHUT UP, OR I'LL KNOW YOUR A** TO THE GROUND.  This was alarming to all that watched and was ready to call the police.  A colleague but not friend that has a tow store area, says this is off putting and has know idea why he causes so much trouble and police are there too often. Because its impossible for anyone to do anything once he unlawfully comes into possession of a vehicle, he holds it hostage and is belligerent and hangs up on you.  He wont tell you the location just nothing.  And you are forced to call around to Law Enforcements for help.  It took 2 calls they dont like to help either as know them and pay them since many are on the CHP Tow Program.  Police will not even assisit in most cased they both do not understand and believe that CA Vehcle Code Laws even exist or that there are any such protections for the Vehilce Owner.  Which create and harbor a crafty and underhanded operation. 1st Original Site:  [redacted]2nd Alt Site:[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
By California law I am required to have picture proof that I was in a tow area. When I had called tow company for proof. I started getting yelled at and said they would not send it and hung up. They were told by highway patrol that day that the truck they were using a white u marked no license stickers of tow yard on vehicle was illegal to tow vehicles with and towing cars to a lot that is not there tow yard and charging people to get there car from the lot was illegal and they were asked to move all vehicles from there. Yesturday morning on 9/6/17 the tow company had come back with the same unmarked vehicle and I followed to find them towing the cars back to the same lot they were told not to. Have picture proof vehicles were towed not to a tow yard with unmarked tow truck.
