If I could give them a score of one, I definetly wouldHORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I had an eviction scheduled for 9AMThey did not show up and when I called they just simply stated that they weren't going to look it up but just schedule me later in the dayUNACCEPTABLESo I waited until someone got there because I had to have the locks changed and upon my follow up call received no apologyThe gentleman performing the service apologized and spoke with someone who stated that the person who was supposed to appear at AM just didn'tBAD BUSINESSsecondly, THE LOCKS ARE CHEAP! I was charged dollars per door per lock and dollars per door for labor that took minutes per doorMy total dollarsI would have liked to have received compensation for them missing their appointment or at minimum an apologyCustomer service skills are equivalent to noneHORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH TIMES

secondly, THE LOCKS ARE CHEAP! I was charged 46 dollars per door per lock and 60 dollars per door for labor that took 5 minutes per door. My total 250 dollars. I would have liked to have received compensation for them missing their appointment or at minimum an apology. Customer service skills are equivalent to none.
