were being brought to small claims court"They feel that since there was no delivery date on our contract that I do not have a casePlease advise

Review: In 2011 after my now wife and I got engaged we chose golden moments off a recommendation as the company to provide us with our video and photography for our wedding day. The cost was about 11,000.00 and we were told that we would have our photos and video completed within six months of our wedding. We were married July ** 2012 . Six months later we called they said they were behind they needed a few weeks . We called every month sometimes multiple times a month and up until this date we still do not have our video. We were told today that occurring to them "honestly the person who did the video we had to take to court and we didn't think we were even going to be able to get your video" . Again today according to the past 3 years they stated they would have the video ready in the next few weeks, I stated that it's unacceptable it's a breach of contract in addition to the stress and also interest that the money has accumulated since we paid them about a year before our wedding in full. That good customer service due to all there lies over 3 years would be to give us a refund and also provide us with the quality product they promised us when we first interviewed them and they told us how amazing they are and every one of there customers are happy guarantee . At this point I still don't know if they have the video or not but in either situation it's a breach of contact both in writing and verbal and feel we are due a refund in full for there lies , bait and switch, false advertisement, and deceptive practices and intent with malous.Desired Settlement: Complimentary service up to par with the quality they promised and in addition a full refund
Review: This place is run by crooks and hustlers. Over a year and a half and still haven't gotten the video. Let me be really really specific understandably some customers can be picky and keep asking to have it redone. Not the case here. Haven't seen any video. Frankly I don't even know if there is even a video. What I do know is the cash payment sure as heck isn't in my pick not is my wedding video. Lesion learned, so here's my suggestion. Hold back half the money until the product is delivered. If they won't go for it find another vendor.Desired Settlement: Full refund or video completed to my satisfaction within 30 days. If they choose the latter I don't want to hear any were not available when your available. Make the video to my satisfaction like you spent my money or give me back my money
