Review: Identity theft case. My name [redacted] and I received by mail fraudulent insurance subrogation claim on 02/07/2014.Travelers Insurance claim/file # 2[redacted] N , with request to pay them $ 5518.57. I did send fax and e-mail to J[redacted] , email: JPIVA@ travelers.com). At the same time I received claim from FCI( Financial Claims INC) ,[redacted] , collection agency. My name was listed on the police report, thefore, travelers believed that I was involved in the loss of December 16, 2013. Travelers received additional information , that I was not involve in the loss, thereafter recovery team closed the collection request . On the police report Involving party Golden Motors, Inc and [redacted] who they are ? I never met them. How they got my information. In past I used to work for Russian company. Maybe parties involve in accident have Russian origin?Looks like my identity was stolen and I want to know who did it. Why my name on the police report, who did it. I never was involved in accident on December, 16, 2013 which I proved to insurance company and I want to know who did it , and why. Revdex.com, ID [redacted] Consultant. Case was solved with insurance company.All collection efforts has been closed. ADesired Settlement: I want to find out how they stole my identity. I do not know parties involve in police report and would like to find out from where they got my information.
