Theft of $that I had left in my Dining Room Table drawer by accident
On June 29th Golden Movers move my home contents to a new location Three men showed up to pack me One of the men packed my Dining Room and KitchenI Remembered that I had left $in cash in the drawer of the table, the room was already packedUpon delivery of the contents and when the table was unpacked I immediately open the drawer to retrieve the money.....well it was gone, I confronted the men moving my contents and the one man that packed this room was NOT at the unpacking as he took off once the truck was loaded I called the owner the next morning to report the issue.....As of 7-17-and phone calls later I have yet to hear back from the owner JOSHI filed a report with the Sheriff's office...they tried to speak with Josh as well and he would not talk to them Based upon my records and evidence of proof, the police said that I have an excellent case fore a civil suit I still have NOT hea
Damaged my House during the move and will not turn it into insurance due to fear of raising insurance rates
I had Golden Movers move my house During the unload they started dropping the items and caused damage to my house of $5,based on repair estimates, this does NOT include damage to furnitureThe company will not turn the items into insurance because they said it will raise their rateThe company was negligent in moving furniture by providing untrained people instead of the trained fulltime employeesDuring the move, I contacted the owner, telling him to stop because they are damaging my house They refused and said if they stop the unload, they either dump the items in the street or they keep them as items forfeited
