On July 30th. 2019 at 07:00 hrs. I drove into the parking lot of the Nouria Energy service/convenience store located at *** Springfield, Ma.I was driving my 2003 Audi TT, and I parked the car at the parking space located to the far left of the front of the business.I heard a screeching sound and after placing the car transmission into the park position exited to see what the car had come in contact with. Upon looking at the front of the car I observed that I had driven onto a low concrete barrier commonly found in parking lots. These barriers prevent a vehicle from going beyond the parking space. I then entered the car and placed the transmission into reverse to backup my car from this concrete barrier.Upon backing up I heard another loud screeching noise and came to an immediate stop. I again exited the car and observed that the front of my car had been damaged. A steel rod was protruding from the right side top of the concrete barrier. This rod protruded about 2 inches above the top of the barrier. Upon further inspection I determined that the protruding rod had lodged itself underneath the front of my Audi and prevented my car from successfully backing up without causing extensive damage.
I then entered the store and completed my purchase, the clerk *** inquired as to how I was doing, I responded that I was upset because of the incident that had just occurred in the parking lot causing damage to my car. I photographed the concrete barrier and the protruding rod. I determined who the owner of the complex was and proceeded to call the business on July 31st.
The receptionist listened to my complaint and transferred me to another person who did not pick up the telephone. I left a recorded message with my name, telephone number, and reason for calling.
I again called on August 15th. at 14:15 hrs. and left another message, as I had not received a call back from my previous message. I am seeking compensation for repairs to my car.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Contact from the business representative, discuss the completion of a claim against the businesses insurance or payment from the business itself so that repairs may be completed on the vehicle.

I accept the response provided by Nouria Energy, but I am not completely satisfied. True the company representative did contact me and we discussed the situation but only so far as to me providing photos and estimates of repairs.
As of today September 12th I have yet to receive any further communications from *** the Nouria Energy contact person. I do know that the store manager was requested to take photos of the concrete barrier and submit them to Nouria Energy.
I did call *** on September 3rd. Tuesday at 10:30hrs but did not make contact, left a verbal message. Have not heard from Nouria Energy since. I paid out of pocket to have vehicle repaired now awaiting reimbursement from Nouria Energy.

Brand new 30k car damaged in car wash, owners will not respond
On 7/1/2019 at 3PM I went to the Golden Nozzle Car wash with my 2018 VW Golf GTI. At the time it had about 8k miles on it and it was about 3 months old. It had just been to the dealer for service prior to my trip. Towards the end of going through the car wash my wife and I felt a large bump and when I got out I saw both of my aluminum rims on my car gouged. I immediately took the car back to the attendant, showed them the damage, and filled out a report. The car wash did over $1300 in damage to my brand new car. Their social media company just posts generic responses to any customer complaints and no one from the company will return my calls or respond to me besides saying they will not pay for any damages to my $30k brand new car. I have filed with my insurance but now I have a brand new car I can't drive because there is a $500 deductible with them and no shop can get it fixed for over a month.

We have investigated this complaint and have talked to Mr *** on the phone. We have explained to him that the car wash could not have caused this damage to his wheels.

I was at the car wash on 1-27-19 to wash my car and when the car was inside the machine spinning broke my driver side mirror. I made a report and they said they call me with 5 day and I have not heard back. I made several attempts to call and stop by the location to no avail. everytime I call I get a voice mail or answer machine no set up prompt.

Desired Outcome

Refund I want my side mirror fixed.

I want this business to be responsible and repair my side mirror as they have stated. I can be reached by phone at XXX-XXX-XXXX and set up time.day to stop by. by the way its "he not Her" when referring to me.

My vehicle was damaged in one of Nouria Energy's car washes.
On 12/10/2018 my drivers side mirror was damaged by the Shell car wash at the Lil Mart in *** Maine.(***.)Which is owned by Nouria Energy of Worcester, Mass.The cleaning strips yanked the mirror from the closed position and caused it to come in contact with the wash mechanism This cracked the mirror molding taking out a chunk of the protective mirror molding. It is a one piece unit and replacement cost is approx. $1100.00

Desired Outcome

I would like to have the mirror replaced at their cost.

Our company received the claim regarding damage to ***'s vehicle. Our manager met with this customer and saw the claimed damage. This is an in bay automatic wash system and we had no other problems. If there was a problem we would have had to shut the whole car wash down and have our maintenance crew come out and fix it, which did not happen.

In conclusion we feel we are not responsible for this damage.

nobody from the carwash looked at the car. They only provided paperwork to make a complaint and that took three tries. The spray arm clipped the end of the mirror but it did not impede the spray arm from continuing its cycle. I provided pictures and you can see the damage and tell the plastic frame was no match for the spray arm.
