Absolutely Disgusting Dump!!!!
We stayed 4 days and 3 nights (only because we couldn't get a refund) The room was dusty and had spider webs on the lamps. Bathroom sink was stopped up. The room next door held orgys for 2 of the sleepless nights. The air conditioning did not work. The mini-Fridge was warm but running. No housekeeping services during the entire stay (no clean towels or face cloths) the pillow fell apart literally, over running trash cans! I called the service desk as I thought it would help, WRONG ! They have your money they don't care that you are more less camping in their hotel for $350.00 a night. The bathroom shower is in a tub which has no hand holds at all and is extremely slippery stepping out. Damn near killed myself getting in/out. Called for a Bell Hop waited 45 minutes after check-out to be lied too, they said he was delivering newspapers when in reality he didn't even show up for work! After 5 trips from the valet parking to the checkout to find out where my bellhop went, I'm told the truth he didn't come to work. The women that told the lies went and got my luggage from the room and brought it out to the parking area. Save yourself stress and anguish RENT ELSEWHERE!

It truly is a sad day in the hospitality industry when you have to pay extra for basic customer service and common courtesy! I'm a loyal fan of the [redacted] chain of restaurantsI'm also a [redacted] Select Club MemberI have found their food to be delicious and would typically score them high on my customer service experiencesUnfortunately, this is not the case for my 3rd experience at their Golden Nugget HotelMy experience was so bad and was treated so poorly that I probably won't continue to use their restaurants either! My bad experience began with a visit to their website for [redacted] Select MembersI clicked on a link for Golden Nugget Hotel special offersThe offer was for a 15% discount on the room, spa and VIP check inI noticed a good rate of $plus $resort feeThis was seemed like a fair price so I chose book two roomsThe website wouldn't allow it so I called the number on the webpage for a phone in bookingIt listed a promo code of LSCto get the speci

I am staying here for the Avis conference for the [redacted] On my first day, they gave me a double bed room because it was the only thing available but the hotel offered to give me a king size bed the next day, which they didOn my 2nd day staying in my new room, I went out to grab something to eat, as I was walking back to my room, I noticed a couple getting assistance from housekeeping to open my room with their keyTurns out, that they gave my room to someone else (while I was supposed to be checked in this room all this time) and somehow they still had me as checked in my old roomMy key was deactivated and I was let into my room with the other hotel guest keys The most disturbing part was that I had my purse, with all my cash and credit cards and all personal belongings in my roomwhat if I wasn't on my way back and someone else has completely access to my room and all my stuff? I called the front desk to complaint and all I was told was that it must had been a computer "glitch"Completely unacceptable!

After being dropped off on May 945pm of by airport shuttle, at this hotel, I had to open the entrance door, hauled suite cases and a shoulder bag across to the other side of hotel, check in deskDid not get king bed reserved, from Desk clerk with a take it or leave attitudeAssigned room *** on 3rd floor of Carson Tower, which I never found, then corrected to room *** Upon entering the room it smelled of mildew, went to take a bathroom break, noticed the dust encrusted bathroom ceiling exhaust fan with a cover that looked like it was about to fall, and when I turned it on made a clicking noiseAbout sixteen hours later at 505PM, May after my 1st of requests to speak to the Hotel Manager, and after checking out since no one was addressing my problems, I get a call from a Managers assistant(advised by email that my complaint was not important enough to escalate to the Hotel Manager) They refunded back the cost of hotel, but were to cheap to comp me a $food tab

We made room reservation online via the website in October of for a trip in December of We called day before our arrival to confirm the non-smoking and king configurationWe arrived at the facility approximately PM only to find the room configuration we selected was not available, no apologies or remorse was reflected by the staff or managementIn addition the discount coupons advertised via the promotional email were not even close to the coupons provided upon check-in Generally we are tolerant travelers however the exact same behavior occurred in March on our previous visit of which we sent an email to the property and never got a responseI can only assume Customer Service is not a accepted requirement and deceptive consumer practices is accepted means of businessMr F* should be revisit the origination of word TexasHe should be ashamed to call himself a Texan
