Review: I bought a home from them at the end of May. I was told that I had to put a $500 good faith deposit down upfront but I would get it back the day of signing. It is now September and I have yet to get it back. I also found where I am owed $3,752.74 but was told that I was wrong so I asked to show me copies of all receipts and checks cut to contractors. I asked for this almost 2 months ago and was told that they did not have to give me anything. I told the manager that according to the state law and the Secretary of the State that he had to show me everything that had anything to do with my mortgage. The only answer I keep getting from him is he doesn't have to give me anything and there is nothing I can do about because they have 50 lawyers that work for them full time. They broke the contract that stated the house would be free of any problems before it was delivered. There is mold and mildew growing in the home from previous leaks when it was on the lot because nothing was fixed. The leaks were but everything that got wet wasn't. Also in the contract that within the first couple of months they would have to factory come out to fix everything that was wrong with it and then again after about 6 months of us living in it. They did the walk thru and we have been waiting on the factory to come out since June 26th. We were told at the most it would take then 4 weeks to come out but nothing from them yet and I have caled twice since then to no avail.Desired Settlement: I am asking for my home to be fixed my good faith deposit back and the other $3,752.74 or either the copies I asked for to show where I am wrong.( refund, repair, replacement, finish the job, explanation of charges, & billing adjustment)
