International buyers...BEWARE.........absolutely no thought or concern for shipping and duty issues Items were shipped individually which incurred individual shipping and customs charges.....to the amount of $over and above their shipping charges This was for rolls of ribbon When inquired about this issue, the president blamed it on their dealings with us and said " we took too long to proof our order " (which has nothing to do with the issue and it was week) and that we did not specifically say we wanted them shipped together ????? One invoice was sent and paid within one hour with no mention of separate shipping orders Product is good, service is not
