On 8/29/Ms*** wrote and delivered her days notice to vacate by 9/30/ Ms*** paid her September rent on the 12th resulting in a pre-agreed late charge of $ A walkthrough of the unit was conducted with
maintenance depton 10/1/ The apartment was filthy way beyond reasonable wear and tearFollowing is a list of chargeable items Cleaning fee $365.00, $for personal items needed to be removed, pet treatment $and a full repaint due to damage done to the walls $and an unpaid late fee of $ Total due is $890.00; the original paperwork reflected $because the property manager forgot to add in the late fee After subtracting charges incurred from the total deposit of $650.00, Ms*** still owes the property a past due balance of $ The itemization was mailed on 10/31/and Ms*** claims she "never received it" She stated she would pick up the paperwork in person on 11/13/ On that day, she messaged the property manager and stated that she would not be picking up the paperwork and she preferred that it be mailed It was sent out certified return receipt requested. Bottom line is Ms*** abused the unit in which she and her family lived and is not happy about the charges The reason for the delayed response to the Revdex.com complaint is due to the paperwork being sent to the wrong address

All move outs are assessed by the Site Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that it is conducted in a fair manner Ms*** was not available for the walkthough Ms*** did not show up to pickup her paperwork in person as she had requestedBottom line is that she owes the property a past due balance and it will be forwarded to a collection agency
