Golden Pool Services is unresponsive and dishonest Their employee drove over our gas meter and completely destroyed it causing gas to leak The smell was bad enough for our neighbor to come outside and check Even then, they did not alert me about this though we were all home (with young kids) nor did they report it Our neighbor called as did I when I came out to check out what the noise was The employee still had his car running! The police and fire department came out to place an emergency cap
They've been saying they'll fix it and what should have taken day has resulted in almost days of no gas service in our home They flat out LIED and said the plumber (they selected) fixed it (it was NOT fixed) and that they were waiting for the inspector (for days) The inspector confirmed this was a LIE It does not take days for an inspector to come out and the "fix" by their plumber FAILED The plumber, if he even is a licensed plumber, should have his license revoked as his work wasn't even close to code and the gas leak was neither detected nor fixed by him, as confirmed by the inspector as well as another, actually qualified master plumber They haven't called us back to discuss this situation once we realized they were lying about the inspection being scheduled, they left the work they were doing incomplete, and really they couldn't care less that their gross negligence has caused us days of inconvenience and wasted time trusting them to follow through on fixing damages they caused Even the contractor was frustrated and perplexed by the lack of professionalism and integrity of this company

I had Golden Pool Services come to look at an issue with my pool loosing a lot of water. I was loosing 6 to 10 inches a week. [redacted] came to my house and looked at the issue. Where I thought there was one leak there was multiple. Four cracks in the plaster and there was a massive crack in both skimmers. He assessed the damage and determined it was the trees near by. He made a plan to prevent and repair the situation. At this point I am thinking I was looking at a crazy number to fix this. When he told me the cost I was blown away on how reasonable it was. I had two pool companies out the day before and they did not even tell me why it was happening. They just said yep we can fix it and it will be this much. So I kept shopping around and I am really glad I did. After doing further inspection of the pool all of the coping was cracking and the decking. Golden Pool Services gave me a beautiful new pool . They did a new flagstone deck and flagstone coping. The pool was done in blue quartz and it came out fantastic. They were able to get this done all in one week. I was shocked on how amazing the pool came out looking. I was like a brand new pool. The also did river rock edging which I cannot even explain how gorgeous it is.
