This is not a refund***'s house was foreclosed uponWe don't own the house, we work for the bank that owns the houseEven though *** was not living there, she was offered Cash for KeysShe signed the paperwork stating the terms and
was given a copy o them including a page stating that the appliances had to be in the houseI called *** to schedule the walkthrough and she told me she didn't have appliances in there and she was not going to put appliances in thereI let the bank know that and they had me void the check amd mail it backWe did that and then *** called and said she had appliances put in thereI called the bank and they cannot determine if they work since there is no electric present and decided not to reissue the check to her since she was not actively living thereI have asked them to reconsider but it is outof my hands
