Received at Revdex.com via phoneBusiness called to respond to the consumer complaint This transaction took place almost a year ago The consumer has been uncooperative in correctly transferring the title in Michigan where he livesThis has caused numerous problems for the dealer and for the lender who made the loan on the automobileIt appears that these issues are now resolved and title has been properly transferredThere was never a warranty that covered the air conditioning, and no representation was ever made that the dealer would fix this issueHe did at one point offer to repair the unit at a discounted rate if the consumer purchased his own partsBusiness is no longer willing to work with this consumer

Customer purchased a 16 year old Jeep over 1 year ago. We in no way repaired or rebuilt the engine. The customer never contacted us...
BEFORE any work was done to the Jeep. Also, the customer never provided any proof of the claims of the customer's mechanic. My vehicles come with a free 60 day warranty. The first I have ever heard from this customer complaining about the Jeep was the email sent stating this complaint was made to the Revdex.com, 10 months after the warranty ran out. Customer wants a full refund after using the Jeep for 1 year. If this was a court case it would be thrown out. There is nothing that I can do at this point. In fact there is not a dealer in the entire country who would issue a refund for a blown engine 1 year after purchase of a 16 year old Jeep.
