This company started drafting money from my account which was unauthorized, they did cancel the account when I called but only after taking over $from my accountI never signed up with these people nor have I ever been on their website

Golden Scores took money out of my account without my approvalI called the bank to stop payment, and now have to change all my cards due to them criminally taking money This is a scam where they figure out a way to get my information through another site to wrongfully charge me

I signed up at myscore.com for a free trial ($charged to your credit card to "verify your identity") Since I had just recently moved, and the post office did the exact same thing with my change of address request, this seemed quite normal
However, somehow they buried the details of what was actually happening -- the credit card "verification" was not just to prove your identity -- it was a $29.95/month monthly charge that would have gone on indefinitely
It was only months since I had requested my FREE credit report from annualcreditreport.com but I knew there were some changes that I wanted to review But I didn't want their "service" at all -- just wanted to see my latest report
While the folks I talked to on the phone to cancel seemed pleasant and professional -- the first woman I talked to cancelled my membership and then said I had to talk to the billing department to request the refunds Well -- I know a scam operation when I see one -- and of course, the "billing department" was not staffed by a woman, but rather a man who tried to sell me other services before I demanded he stop and just process the refund
I mention that its a man because of the personality types which generally work in such environments -- harder sells and stronger messages
When he finally understood that I wasn't going to listen to anything he had to say other than -- "your refund has been issued", he got to work on that
These guys answer all the many complaints with "refunds take 7-business days" which is just long enough for you to forget about looking for it These days with computer-based credit card charge systems, the refund should show up in my account by the end of the day -- there is NO reason for it to take so long unless they are playing you
So -- a deceptive method of signing people up for "membership services" and an runaround method of getting cancelled and refunded STAY AWAY!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM! THEIR SERVICES ARE OF NO VALUE AND CAN BE GOTTEN ELSEWHERE FOR FREE OR FROM A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY PROVIDES SOMETHING

I had the service It's like credit karma kinda but with some other benefits I was looking to login and found this site and all the reviews Nobody takes any time to tell anyone good news anymore The service works I got a tow from it like aaa I get my score anytime I want

They charged me, but when I asked for a refund I got it just by asking. They were real polite and that is more than you can expect from people these days. Got my money back right away and no problem at all.

This business is charging my credit card without authorization! When I called it took 15 minutes for someone to take my call. It took another 15 minutes to cancel my charge that I never authorized. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on by Eric! This company is for fraud prevention and it is performing fraudulent transactions.

I signed up for this company's 'free' trial period on 12/24/16. Called back on 12/28/16 and cancelled the 'free' trial period. On 12/31 I was charged $29.95 but did not see the charge until 1/2/17 on my card statement. I called and was told my money would be refunded within 5 business days. On 1/9, 1/10, 1/12 & 1/16 I called again & have had NOTHING but a runaround from this company! They keep telling me that my money will be refunded within 5 business days. At one point, the woman even said my money had been refunded 3-4 MINUTES before I called!! And of course, it wasn't. Now they are telling me that my refund has to be approved although it was already approved on 1/2/17! These people are nothing but scam artist! BEWARE.

I signed up for the $1 credit score check several months ago and the company has been charging my account up to $9.95 every month since. I spent over a hour on the phone trying to cancel my membership and receive a refund. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This company should be shutdown for fraudulent charges.

We were charged $29.95 two months in a row by this company. We never signed up for their service and we never gave them our account information. We contacted the credit card company and are disputing the charges...

I never intended to use this service. I was trying to get a income tax return anticipation loan, and I I had to subscribe to a $1 seven day trial. It was a bait and switch tactic. I missed the cut off to cancel by one day. Attempting to get a refund.

This company is a ripe off, it has the worst customer service and they charged my credit card after they told me it was free, I can't find nor speak to someone who can give me a straight answer truly the worst!!!!

First called GLDSCR.COM and a Man with a very thick accent answered. I was charged $29.95 on my Bank of America Master Card by GLDSCR.COM and called BoA customer service immediately. I did not request this credit score for any reason on January 3 when my bill reflects the transaction. What is really annoying is the BoA rep told me I must have gone to a site and agreed to this service. Not true at all as I would have recalled if I needed a credit score check. Total fraud. I would advise all to check their bills regularly as this happened to many others after I googled it.
