Golden Share Foods June 11, To Whom It May Concern: Attention [redacted] Regarding: [redacted] Ref # [redacted] In response to your recent letter regarding the complaint from [redacted] , Ms [redacted] 's account has been refunded in the full amount of $on Aprii10th Her complaint stemmed from the untimely delivery of product to our host site/pick up locationOur program depends heavily on support from volunteers, and on that distribution day it was unfortunate the volunteer overslept and arrived late with the product, but only a few minutes after the window of to amThis particular site has been picking up and delivering our product for over years and never has been late, so you know this is not a consistent problem We try as a first solution to set up a time to deliver the product at the convenience of the customer, as we purchase and package the product in advance according to customer's ordersWe contacted Ms[redacted] to see if that was an option for her, her response was not immediate as we had to leave a messageWhen we were able to speak with her she was not satisfied with that solution and requested a refundUnfortunately, and we are not trying to make excuses, but it was difficult to speak with Ms [redacted] because of her schedule and our operating hours We have refunded her account, and are very apologetic about thi~ frustrating experience, and it was not our intention to cause Ms [redacted] any hardships, On a last note the product that Ms [redacted] ordered was donated to the Encanto Southern Baptist ChurchThank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint Sincerely, [redacted] Manager of Operations

complaint stemmed from the untimely delivery of product to our host site/pick up location. Our
program depends heavily on support from volunteers, and on that distribution day it was unfortunate
the volunteer overslept and arrived late with the product, but only a few minutes after the window of 7
to 8 am. This particular site has been picking up and delivering our product for over 8 years and never
has been late, so you know this is not a consistent problem.

Review: I ordered from this company and was given a date (3/29/14 from 7am to 8 am) and time to pick up my food packages. I arrived on time and waited the entire duration of the pick up time and no one arrived. This was on a Saturday and I had to go to work so I could not wait any longer. The person at the site called me several hours later to inform me that my stuff had finally arrived. I did not have the time to go back and get it at that time and told them that I would ike a refund. They informed me that they are just a pick up site and I would have to contact the company. I called the company the following Monday and sent a request via their website fr a call back. I was never contacted. I called again and finally spoke with someone more than a week later. She informed me that my packages were still at the pick up location and that I can go get them. This I food we are talking about and I do not want to feed my family something that has been sitting in some one else freezer for over a week. She then said she had to discuss my refund with someone and would call me back. I waited another 3 days for a call back. That woman said that I would have to go get my food packages because they do not do refunds. (Mind you, it has now been at that location for almost 2 weeks now. I told her that I am not going to take the food. This was on 4/7/14. I was told that she would get back to me the next day. Today is not 4/11/1 and I have not heard from anyone nor received a refund. I called them back and sent another message via their website but at this point I am fed up! I need a refund issued YESTERDAY!Desired Settlement: I told them that I would take a replacement but at this point I want nothing from this company.
