I did receive the order on march 22, but after that her daughter called and add either or shirts, and then on april 2, her son-in-law texted (i have that text) me and added more shirtsproduction time is 2-weeksI did tell her that the April 9th date was probably not going to happen but never discussed any other date with herThe invoice is attached so you can see not only did I donate the art and screen charges but I did give another 10% off the shirtsAlso when her daughter picked up the shirts I only charged $for the final balance so I gave her another $off the totalShe never paid $for the whole order, it was $On the monday (April 18th) that I talked to her I gave her the opportunity to cancel the order as she was complaining about the time involvedShe told me that she still wanted them as she had a fundraiser that friday at the binghamton/mets gameI also called her daughter and her daughter said to do themI told the daughter that I would print up a couple of extra shirts at no charge so they could use them as a raffle of something to raise extra moneyI feel I did right by this family as far as the discounts go and I will not be offering any otherI don't think this customer realized that tax had to be added to the order as I always give totals and say plus taxAny questions please feel free to call me

Normal production time is 2-4 weeks. I did tell her that the April 9th date was probably not going to happen...

but never discussed any other date with her. The invoice is attached so you can see not only did I donate the art and screen charges but I did give another 10% off the shirts. Also when her daughter picked up the shirts I only charged $200.00 for the final balance so I gave her another $28 off the total. She never paid $555.00 for the whole order, it was $500.
