Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt

Review: I have stopped by this particular Golden Spoon three times in the last month and their gift card transaction machine has not been operating. On my last visit, June 28, I was informed there was no timeline to get it fixed. I asked for the manager's email and was told I would receive a call if I provided my phone number. I have yet to get a call. I tried visiting www.goldenspoon.com for the past 4 days and it doesn't look like the site is online. I have approximately $75.00 in gift cards that I would like to begin using. If not, I would like my gift cards balances reimbursed.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like my gift card balances refunded.
