Review: I made an order for delivery and when the man came he didn't have the right food and forgot to bring a soda I payed for when I called back he was very rude and told me next time I said no I want what I payed for he hung up. So I contacted the police they told me to call in the morning so I did the lady.said she wasn't gonna give me my money back and I have to keep the food they won't take it back not refund me or give me what I orderedDesired Settlement: $13.00

Review: on Saturday March 21st 2015. Myself, son, and younger sister visited the golden star restaurant. We order $50.82 worth of food $10 cash and $40.82 on my chase debit card.I received an order of sweet and sour pork that was worth a total of $7.89. The pork smelt rotten meat when I took a bite. I simply asked to have it either removed or exchanged for something I could eat.the owner came out from the back,and was very upset. She told me that they cook everything fresh and that they don't do any refunds. I asked her if I could exchange it for something else, she then asked me "what am I suppose to do with your food?". Then she said "if I didn't like it,never order it again" and that she doesn't do refunds or exchanges. I do not appreciate being yelled at in front of the entire restaurant and my family member's. I simply wanted food I can eat,and not get sick from.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full refund for my absurd treatment from this establishment.$50.82 $10 cash and $40.82 on my chase debit card.
