We hired Golden Star 11/**/15 and they came to pick up our belongings in NY to go to Arizona. It now has been almost 3 months and we can't get anyone in the company to tell us where our stuff is or when it will get delivered. Every time we call customer service we get a full voicemail. We have filed complaints with Revdex.com, the US DOT and the Attorney General. We are still waiting to hear back. We have nothing in our apartment. We paid them $900.00 at pick up and we still owe them 1200.00 at time of delivery. Horrible experience since we have a new baby and they have all of his stuff.
