I am rejecting this response because: the car was sold with more problems than it's worthI am the one who was taken advantage ofThe car was over priced and now it has so much work to be done it's not with being fixedI'm not sure how this car even passed smog with an air hose leakYes I refuse to take the car to the "mechanic" he tried sending me to, once again because he obviously has no idea what he's doing if the problem has not been fixed at this point in timeI want this fixed by someone I trust and I should not have to pay for itThe car had problems right away, not even days after receiving the vehicleI trusted this company to sell me a decent car and at least tell me some truthBut I now realize he was nothing but a con artist

We have sent the customer to a mechanic shop which actually is certified and they fixed the problem right after car was taken in  .few weeks later customer contacted us again telling us about CEL and we told her that she can take her car back to the same shop and have them take a look at it and...

 in case the CEL is somehow related to same issue they're going to fix it as we already paid for the service. Not to mention we have sold the car AS IS and we have document signed by customer that says she bought the car as is from golden state auto.inc but we still offered her a courtesy inspection to help the customer out.

Once again that mechanic shop we sent a customer to is licensed .someone may contact [redacted] automotive for more investigation on that matter .below you may see the address for [redacted] automotive.also for the records we affered customer to take the car back to them  and have it diagnosed by [redacted] auto ,even though we are under no obligation to do so, and customer is refusing to have the car checked out.abviously customer is looking to take an advantage of us otherwise she would have taken the car back to shop. we would like to emphasize on a fact that we sold the car As Is ,and we have all the documents which is signed by customer saying she bought the vehicle as is with no warranty of any kind . We may email you a copy of document to proof the legitimacy of our claim.

  When the customer bought the car ,we charged him 290$ for registration on 06/10/14. We end up paying to [redacted] 663$ to register the car.3 months later [redacted] sent the customer's renewal registration which customer called us and we told him because you...

have the bill go ahead and pay for it and we send you a check.He came to our officwe on 09/25/14 and picked up a check for 135$ and cashed on 09/26/14 (Check number #[redacted]), Also his repair has been done.

Review: I have been in contact with the busses owner in hopes that he fix issues that came up with my vehicle. But instead I am now convinced that he has sold me a lemon. In addition he has sent me to a mechanic who is un licensed, and coved up problems that have come up with my car. I have had this car for less than a month and have found hundreds of dollars worth of work that needs to be done. I brought some things to his attention before purchasing the vehicle and he assured me everything was fixed. And promised if anything came up that he would gladly take care of any issues. Now that I have tried to reason with him he has become hostile and unwilling to do anything for me. The issues at hand must be taken care of and I don't believe it is my responsibility to do so. This company has taken advantage of me and should be addressed.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to pay for all the repairs that need to be fixed. I want everything to be resolved as much as the company does.

Review: When I brought this Vehical from the car dealer I paid a fee for tax licences and registration and they/he sent me a license and registration for the vehicle that already exist which there are already tags on the Vehical for october 2014 which will expire in 30 days. the next problem I am having with them is the service warranty that I purchased and upon purchasing the Vehical there was an agreement that the dealer was going to make repair which has not been done with three attemps and no repairs have been done as of yet I have called and went out there I spoke with them on 9/25/2014 and I spoke to the original sales person and he said that I needed to go ahead and pay the registration fee in which I have already paid them that fee with my down payment when I purchased the vehical.Thank you in advance [redacted]Desired Settlement: The explanation is that I want them to honor there part of the contract agreement with my registraton and the service agreement to make the repair to the vehical that they agreed to repair.
