Under the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Golden State Credit Services are obligated to furbish me with a copy of original application with my signature and business transaction. These documents have not been produced by Golden State Credit Services . It is unlawful for Golden State credit services to continue reporting this erroneous information to the credit bureaus under the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
