To Mr [redacted] : On February 26th Mr [redacted] brought Vermeer Drum Feeder stating that the drum feeder is not functioning properlyI troubleshoot the equipment, I found out that the feeder control was not working and the micro switches need to be replacedThe new switches were installed and the feed control was working at this time, but not all the functions were working properlyFurther troubleshooting would lead to more problems that can cost customer more time and moneyAt this point Mr [redacted] was notified that the computer diagnostic and the dealer's attention is requiredWe offered [redacted] Tree Service to take the equipment to a dealer or give us authorization for the dealer to come here and do a computer diagnostic at the customer's expenseMr [redacted] denied to give us an authorization for the computer diagnostic and further repairs.At this time West Coast Truck and Equipment Repair does not have access to proper software to diagnose the issuesWe informed [redacted] Tree Service that if Drum Feeder was not picked up from the property, a $per day will be charged for storage starting March 23, Attached to this letter is the Invoice with all the description of the work that was completedSincerely, [redacted] Owner

I am rejecting this response because:I already paid for them to do the repairs on my chipper, without checking if the chipper actually got fixed .... in which it had not. So therefore I want my refund because the chipper still is not operable to this day.

Review: Company had me pay for the supposedly done work repair on my chipper. Before I left I checked The issue with the chipper but still was not repaired with more problems as well. I paid 1900.Desired Settlement: 1900 cash refund or to repair my chipper
