Our records indicate two packages of wine were picked up 8/14/and attempted for delivery 8/15/As federal law requires alcohol shipments be signed for by an adult over the age of the driver was unable to leave the packages without signatureWhen our driver was unable to obtain a signature he left a door hanger to notify the recipient to contact GSO to make delivery arrangements for a second attemptWhile the recipient did schedule a delivery appointment on 8/17/15, we were contacted by our customer the shipper and asked to return the shipment
We believe our driver performed in accordance with our policies and GSO reacted as instructed by the shipperA claim process is in place to assist our account holders in addressing damages and/or lossAs of today we have not received a claim for either of the packages
