Golden State Services

This company is a fraud and a scam. I hired Golden State Services to help with a loan loan modification for at a cost of $3500 for legal fees after Leslie Castro botched the process up with numerous unanswered phone calls and faxs as well emails. The only person to contact me back was her assistant which could only state that I told Golden State Services not to talk to my lender. Yet when I asked for proof non was ever provided. After sending Bryan Morris an email that I would sue for breach of contract and Fraud and scam I was contacted on Bryan Morris assured me I would receive a refund. But after several weeks and no refund I sent Bryan Morris and email he decided to ignore me and directed me to Jim Ackerman which accused me of breaking my contract because I spoke with my lender in March of 2016. I actually spoke with my lender in June of 2016 and this is the only contact I have had because golden state services leto my home go into foreclosure. They said they have not heard from Golden State Services since January of 2016 so how did Jim Ackerman and golden state services get this information( they fabricated it to pull off there scam and commit fraud to keep my money of 3500) then Jim Ackerman ignored my phone calls and now I was directed to Netasha McMahon which she talks to you like your stupid and thinks she's everything about the law. When I mentioned that I would file a Civil Case against them she tries to attempt to convince me that you have to have an Attorney and that she wants my attorney number and she will have there attorney contact mine. I attempt to explain to her that everyone has the right to represent themselves in court even in criminal and provide my phone number and tell her I look forward to hearing from there attorney. But no attorney calls instead I get a text from her stating we have been in business 8yrs and have not been sued yet good luck. On a quick note I was approved for a loan modification thru golden state services in January of 2016 but lost it because golden state services did not come thru with the paperwork I needed. And I spoke with my lender in June 2016 they were still will to work with Golden State Services but could not understand why they just stopped working with them. Later I found out that once your appoved for a loan modification golden state services closes your file. Who does that that's like a car dealership saying your approved for a loan but no need to sign anything just take the care case closed.
