I didn't use their services but they showed up in me neighborhood today 3/17/2020 and offered free services to keep coronavirus out of my house. The two guys didn't even mention who they were or from what company they were with. They didn't have any uniform and the flyer they handed out didn't even have any information on a company they worked with. Only the phone number which I used to trace to here. I didn't allow my door open enough for them to be able to see inside my home but the two guys seemed like they were trying to peer inside my home through the crack and around me. I was on the phone and they wouldn't stop trying to talk to me to try and get me to schedule a cleaning right away. I live in a neighborhood that has posted outside of it signs that door-to-door marketing isn't permissible. They said they hadn't checked in with the management office that is at the front entrance but told me that "the guy in the golf cart said it was okay because we aren't selling anything, just offering free services". I observed that they barely made it to two more houses before they were kicked out of the neighborhood. I could hear them loudly complaining as they walked by my home saying that they bet I called to have them removed. False. I did not. But I'm glad someone else did. SHAME on you for trying to get into people's home using fear mongering during this pandemic! Unacceptable business practices. Will be warning others of this possible attempt to "case" homes.

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience with one of my independent reps. I will definitely have a talk with the group from that day .h
However though Some of your comments here are ridiculous and exaggerative . I know that they are trained professionals and we are not encouraging any false claims or any fear mongering tactics so if you could please elaborate me on that or the possible as you called it attempt to case homes “ we are working professionals and we are legitimate cleaning business and there’s no need to try and shame or bad mouth my business on here . Not sure why you didn’t call the number on the flyer but again the number is *** or you can email ***@***.com

I purchased this machine from the company then I found out it did not work properly and it was a used unit.
I’ve sent a letter canceling contract and tried for three months to contact company including salesman with no response.

I did not use their service, so I cannot say one way or the other how good a job they do. What I can attest to, however, is the fact that they showed up in my neighborhood in an unmarked van and were very pushy. I told them no thank you several times and they wouldn't leave. My yard man intervened and said "Look buddy...she told you no, so you need to leave. Right now." They left, thankfully. This was today, 9/7/19, by the way. About an hour ago. I have to give a star rating in order to leave my review. If it were possible, I'd leave a no-star rating.

Returned my Kirby. Salesman says they have lost my trade-in Miele.
II cancelled my Kirby contract within the 3-day required period by sending a certified letter, return receipt requested. Heard nothing for 10 days. I finally received a call from one of the sales people, asking if I wanted them to pick up the vacuum or did I want to mail it to them? I told them I would prefer that they pick it up. He said they would get back to me.
Over a month later, I received a call from another person (***) who said someone would pick up the vacuum tomorrow, but they couldn't find my Miele. They want to give me some used vacuum instead.
I don't like the kirby - which is why I cancelled the contract. But I do expect them to return my Miele. I don't want a substitute.
What can I do?

I've attached a copy of a letter I wrote to Golden State Solutions dated May 6th explaining things. As I said I called three times on Friday May 3rd. The first call was to see if I could get some help. The sales people said to call for help and they were just around the corner. I never got any respond to that call so then I called to cancel. It said I has 5 days to cancel. No respond to that call so I called one more time that day. To date I have not had any contact from them. On Monday 6th of May I sent a registered letter with a signed receipt request. To date I have not gotten that returned.
I know it was a refurbished unit. They didn't do a good job refurbishing it. The cord is frayed and when I use it the motor smells terrible.
There pitch was they would help if I contacted them.Not very good to their world.
