Golden State Tile & Stone

Review: We contracted with Golden State for our kitchen back splash. The workmanship was poor, the grout/sealer was left on overnight which etched the surface of the tiles and stained our appliances. Tiles were damaged when they were trying to remove the dried grout. We are left with a back splash that has large areas that will need to be replaced, new appliances that are stained, and a mess we spent cleaning up. After a month of calls the owner did come by to repair. After 10 minutes of work he told us he had to pick up a drop cloth at the store and never returned to the house, or replied to follow up calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a third party inspection, replacement of all the tiles that are ruined and complete the job at no cost to us. I would also like to determine a fair value to the damage to the appliances and to be compensated.
