I am rejecting this response because:- I appeared in person and was told twice that I was unable to collect my belongings - [redacted] told me that I was not able to collect my belongings until I had a release from Citrus Heights my second visit, [redacted] spoke to her boss(Jeff) and said that if I signed my vehicle over and paid a fee of $500, only then would I be able to retrieve my property-After CHPD called and I went to get my belongings [redacted] sent an employee with me to ensure nothing was taken from the vehicle while I looked for the pink slip- Citrus Heights PD informed me on occasions that I did not need a release to access to my things- [redacted] apologized for that [redacted] made a mistake because I am was in fact supposed to have access to my property- I did not make any requests for money, I stated I want my property- I was denied my property on separate occasions- [redacted] told me that [redacted] had made a mistake in not letting me access my property and said she had been scolded for the mistake- I have not received a bill for any charges-I was told my vehicle and property would sit for at least days and I had time to get the pink slip and pay the $we agreed on When I called days later informing Golden State I was coming in, they told me they had assumed control of my vehicle

vehicle was towed for un licensed driver, owner came in to claim his belongings and advised they were not going to claim vehicle, we offered an amnesty offer for him to pat $and sign over pink slip and we would not send them to collections for
the remaining balance, the stated they would take that offer, they went out to their car to look for the pink slip, why they did not claim there belongings I do not know, they could not find the pink slip and stated they were going to go home and look and would be back, the vehicle cleared lien on Monday march and was sold at auction, the contents were disposed of they came in on Tuesday and wanted their belongings, I told them that the car was sold and the contents thrown away in the trash. theywanted me to pay them $for a chain saw and miscstuff, current charges owed for vehicletowing 190.00Lien fee 70.00Storage $ days @ $per dayVehicle Sold $-500.00Ballance owed $

Business states that the consumer has paid the necessary fees and have picked up the property.
