On 8:05PM I passed by the store and saw a beautiful ornament to add on to my christmas treeI went into the store and ask for the two red birds sitting on the mistletoe displayed at the window Instead of the item pulled from the display there was a male sale associates which took the one from store inventory , wrapped it in tissue paper nicely and handed to meWhen I got home , I took the ornament out and it was missing two gemstone on the eyes Careful observation in the bag and tissue papers the gemstone is no where to be found , which support the item was defective and missing parts sold to me at first! Ignoring the fact I ran out immediately again attempting to exchange the item , the store was closed and it was holiday afterI didn't even get a chance to display the item that was originally bought for displaying purpose for the holidayI went into the store after it has passed the holiday, requesting for an exchange for the same item but non-defectiveThe female
