I am rejecting this response because:The chair that was received was the wrong model. The first chair we received was the wrong model, the second chair we received was the wrong material, we ordered a cloth material and they sent a leather one, the third chair we received was the wrong model. It has never been used, how can you classify it as used?! Why should we have to pay for a chair that is the wrong model and my DISABLED wife can not use.

dealersDealers order from Golden the manufacturerWe sent what the dealer ordered and according to the dealer, these were the chairs *** *** ordered. He called days later wanting to send one backAs far as we are aware their is nothing mechanically, structurally, or cosmetically wrong with the chairThe chairs are considered used.Ed D***

I placed a large order through US Medical Supplies: x Golden lift chairs (in stock, builder), x side tables, and x white glove deliveryI absolutely had to have the in stock chair by November when my father had his hip replacement surgeryI was told it would arrive no later than NovWhen it didn't show I called to learn they were holding the in-stock chair until the builder was completeUS Medical Supplies got that addressed with Golden and I was given a new delivery estimate as no-later than NovemberThe chair didn't arrive againCalled to learn a new estimate of November with white glove available the week after thatBottom line: After thousands of dollars and hours of time, my father is going to be discharged from the hospital and come home with nothing to sit onI am extremely unhappy with this companyI call US Medical Supplies daily for an update and they tell me that it is the freight company holding things upThe freight company is contracted to GoldenUS Medical Supplies tells me they're trying to get Golden's help to expedite the chair, but Golden isn't helpingTo compound the issue, I was told the builder chair isn't scheduled to ship until December after originally receiving an estimate of before ThanksgivingDO NOT order from this companyI realize US Medical Supply is a vendor, but obviously Golden isn't working with them to produce and ship their products in a timely mannerGet a Lazy Boy which you can have customized and will show up in exactly the same amount of timeDO NOT believe the lies this company tells you about delivery

Golden Technologies has s/w the dealer and has offered a replacement unit. The replacement unit is a heavy duty  unit with a weight capacity of 450lbs compared to the current unit which has a weight capacity of 300ibs.
The only charge would be the difference in price between the two...

units.

I apologize for taking so long to respond, but I misplaced my receipt and had to go get another from [redacted], the store where we bought the chair.  My older sister, [redacted], actually bought the chair for my brother, [redacted].  If you can't read the receipts, I...

can find a way to scan them and send them to you.  As you can see, I also included some pictures of the chair.Thank you.
