I paid $20 yesterday to hold payment until 5/7 and my card was charged anyways for $88 of my mother mortgage paymentOn 5/1 [redacted] contacted me about payment and we have kept and contact other than two occassions. She asked if I could pay $20 to hold payment until 5/7 so it won't go downtown to collections and I paid the $20 that was asked. My mother put her mortgage payment on my card so she could pay online and I woke up on 5/2 and had a text stating that the full amount of the payday loan was taken out after we discussed the issue and set up a payment plan after I paid $2o foe a ach hold. I talked to [redacted] and she stated that it is out of her hands bascially. I asked for her to return my $20 that was paid for nothing apparently and she stated that the $88 has to clear but the $20 was taken from another card, so I would like my refund. I have all the documentions of every conversation. They are misleading and does terrible communication and business. She stated that the Corporate office set up ACH that she wasnt aware about, how do you work for a company and not aware and you keep a computerized system with everything that is to be paid. They are very bogus... They were nice in humor but terrible business and communication.Desired SettlementI need a refund.Business Response Ms. [redacted] received a loan for 75.00 on 3/24/14. It was due 4/7/14. Our collection Dept. was able to contact Ms. [redacted] on 5/1/14 and secured a partial payment of 20.00. Her loan was 32 days past due. On 5/6/14 her account was debited for the full amount of the loan 88.00. We issued a refund check in the amount of 20.00 to Ms. [redacted] that same day. Please see enclosed attachments.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The statements are not true, we spoken within that timeframe on random occasssions and on the last occassion 5/5/14 the $20 was deducted to place a hold on my account and on 5/7/14 no hold was not placed and my account was deducted for the full amount of my mother mortgage payment that she was doing online.Final Business Response Ms. [redacted] has satisfied her account with our company. Any overage she paid has been refunded, please see attachments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to Ms. [redacted] but we do consider this matter to be closed.

I am being harrassed by this person calling me. She hollars in the phone at me about this 400.00 payment. She is very rude and unprofessional to my coworkers as well if they do not put me on the phoneIf she gets my voicemail. She hangs up and calls right back at my job. [redacted] has been asked not to call me at work. She has my cell number as an alternative.Desired SettlementDo not call my jobBusiness Response Ms. [redacted] borrowed $400.00 from our Company on 4/7/2014. She has not repaid, nor made an attempt to repay any of the loan that was made in good faith to her. We are actively pursuing this collection account and will continue to use all legal means necessary to collect the monies due to us. At no time was our staff rude or unprofessional to Ms. [redacted] or any of her co-workers. Prompt payment of her delinquent account is required immediately in order to avoid any further phone calls.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This company has been asked not to call my job. They do have my cell phone number. I made payments on my loan. They have received monies on the 400.00 back from me due to the interests paid on the loan bi-weekly. I am willing to continue to pay the bi-weekly amounts that I originally arranged with [redacted]. Since I work in a call center, all calls are definitely recorded.

This company is using fraudulent tactics of mailing "collection bills" that are addressed to me as if a last warning to pay some debt.745-cash a golden title loan company has sent me a letter in the mail stating I owe $463 dollars. It reads like a finally warning notice that I need to call their store an pay my bill before being turned over to collections. However, I have never received any other calls or mail stating this debt before as well as I have never even heard of this company until I received this letter in the mail. I very much dis appreciate the fact that this company would go to a level of randomly sending out "collection" papers hoping people will just call and pay. I have never had debt in my life and would appreciate this company answering their phones when calls are made to them and take my name off their fraudulent scam they are running trying to get people to pay debts they have never incurred. Desired SettlementThis company needs to send an apology letter stating that they have in error sent me a collections letter that was incorrect. On this letter there needs to state my name and address they somehow received and that they are no longer looking to collect on whatever debt they claim I owe as I do not have debt with this company and want in writing the error they have made and that no future errors will be made of this sorts. Business Response On June 18 2005 a Mr. [redacted] xxx-xx-4130 entered our store located at [redacted] Hwy.[redacted], TN and borrowed 400.00 on a 1997[redacted] pickup truck. Repeated attempts to contact him regarding the balanced owed on his account failed, repeated attempts mailing late notices to the address given to us[redacted]. were returned to us from the post office with a new forwarding address of[redacted] dr. [redacted], TN. We have been sending our correspondence to that address ever since. We believe we have the correct address based on the information given to us by the post office and are attempting all means legally available to collect on the debt owed our company. Please see attached supporting documentation. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This business is still clueless. It would have been impossible for me to do this as I lived in [redacted] at the time of this borrowing. Also, my whole point of this is the company uses unverified information to track down its clients. By using only a returned piece of mail they have no verifiable proof. All they need to do is get a DMV report on who lives at this new address they got and they will see it doesn't match the license they took in 2005. The point is they need to do a better job check that the information they have is factual. The SSN does not match mine, the drivers license does not match mine. After many attempts I was finally able to contact this company on oct 1, 2014 and verified over the phone that the new address they have was not associated with the person they are looking for. But by them writing this response and still not documenting my call to them that the[redacted] address is not associated with this event it worries me I will continue to receive someone's notices that they owe money. This business needs to do a better job at tracking down its clients so they can get theirMoney back but also leave people like me who have nothing to do with case just happen to have the same name alone. Final Business Response We sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted], it appears we have a case of mistaken identity. No more calls or notices will be sent to Mr. [redacted].

THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON CALLED ME AND TOLD ME I HAVE UNTIL JULY 31ST TO MAKE A PAYMENT, BUT THEY TOWED MY VEHICAL ON JULY 25TH, A WEEK BEFORE.I got a loan on June 9th from [redacted] on Austin Peay. I lost my job on June 29. I spoke the [redacted] on Week of July 10, and explained my issue with the payment and she said that she note and check back with me. I spoke to [redacted] on July 23rd, and she advised me that I have until July 31st to make a payment. I left Saturday morning to do a job and come back my vehical is gone. I called and spoke to [redacted], she advised of the date again that she told me but she had no control of the repo. I advised what was the reason to call me and tell me I have until July 31st, if you going to tow on 25th. I spoke to the [redacted] an he advised he sorry and nothing he can do. They want me to pay $900 on a $500 in which the repo was done a week earlier than the date.Desired SettlementMy van back and I will pay loan as expected.Business Response Mr. [redacted] received a loan for $500.00 on June 9th, 2015. He is currently 20 days past due and has not made a payment of any amount towards his loan. Company policy dictates that a first payment default is subject to immediate repossession. While the store manager has the authority to make a pay arrangement it does not cancel the repossession order until the customer makes a payment on the account.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Because has a audio confession [redacted] toldme I have until 31st to make a payment. A co-work told me note in the system say they need payment by 31st, I told here I could come up $110 by then.Final Business Response Mr. [redacted] has since paid his loan with us, we consider this matter closed.

I've paid the title loan but the interest is so high I fell behind after having surgery they repossessed my car anyway even after making arrangements.I opened the loan in November and Paid the amount back in February. I wasn't able to pay the interest in full but made a payment towards the extremely high interest at the end of March. I still owed interest that seemed to be doubling up. I had surgery the end of march that has had me off work every since. I have kept in touch and always answered calls as well as update current information with them. I'm an online student so less than 2 weeks ago I received a call from a collections agency for golden Title loans I explained to them it would be as soon as my check hits my account and that I was unemployed since my surgery. He asked if all of my information was the same I said yes. He told me as long as I'm in touch with them I will be ok. Well at 5 this morning they repossessed my car as my husband was warming it up for work. I thought we had an understanding but I feel as if they just wanted to make sure I didn't hide the car like someone else would do. I feel they could at least let people know when they are in danger of losing their carDesired SettlementI wish to get my car back with a payment and not the full amount they are seeking because they could have told me the severity of the matter and I could have borrowed it instead of making me feel like they were working with me. Business Response Ms. [redacted] loan was 120 days past due at the time it was repossessed. She paid the loan in full and recovered her vehicle the same day this complaint was filed.
