In I purchased an A/C system from Sawgrass and purchased an extended (year) labor warranty directly from them Today I needed service on the unit and was told they no longer honored the labor warranty They told me to find someone else to honor the warranty they sold me Other companies tell me if they didn't sell the warranty they would not accept it!

The worst customer serviceI have experienced in yearsHad them install an AC unit a year agoThey were prompt and responsive for the installation (why...? Big ticket item)The installation entitled me to a free one year checkupWhen I called he first time, I was told that the window when the service tech would be out was 8-amOn the agreed upon date, I stayed home until 12;and no one had showed up or calledWhen I returned home later, they had left a message at 12;That was over an hour and a half beyond the back end of their 8-window
I called to rescheduleAgain, between 8-At 11:I checked my messagesSomeone had called and said, "since you're not picking up, you will have to rescheduledApparently, they had called while I stepped away from phoneIt WAS NEVER communicated that if they call and you don't pick up the phone, they won't bother to come by
Since then I have called them each week for three weeks to rescheduleYou have to leave messages with a live person at their answering serviceIn three weeks they have not called or responded to any of the messages
They have HORRIFIC customer serviceI would not recommend them to anyoneI need to purchase a long term service contract, but it won't be with this unprofessional organization
Be warned...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Sawgrass has to be the worst A/C company to deal with. They have no business ethic nor do they treat customers with any respect. I hope the owner [redacted] sees himself in the mirror for what he is a nasty heartless individual. I hope everyone who reads this stays away from this company.
