[redacted] came to us on March ***, 2016 asking for a return of $1300 deposit and $50 application fee, she signed return request form and was told she will be receive her refund within... seven to ten business days as explain on the rental agreement and was also told the application fee was non refundable. [redacted] called us on the [redacted] of March asking about her refund, she was told it would be ready on the [redacted] of March. On the date of she was called and told her check was ready to be picked up and asked us to have it mailed to her. That following Monday her check was ready but called back and asked to come and pick it up personally due to a complaint she made with the RevDex.com and for our own records we needed her to sign a release form. [redacted] agreed to stop by until Thursday the [redacted] of March. [redacted] stepped in the office for her check on the [redacted] of April, her check was given to her and signed a release form.
